Recap on Melbourne Wedding & Bride Expo! – Wedding Band Yarra Valley
On January 17th many of the amazing Wedding Suppliers within the Wedding Services
Melbourne group, set up camp at the Melbourne Wedding & Bride Expo! The expo was held
at the Melbourne Showgrounds, and attracted around 3000 people this year! Due to the
presence of some COVID cases in Melbourne, it was touch and go as to whether the expo
would actually go ahead. In the end it did, and what an amazing day it was!
This bridal expo attracted not just the outstanding vendors in our group, but 150 top
Melbourne wedding industry suppliers! Everything from Celebrants, Florists, Wedding Cars,
Hair & Make Up Artists, wedding Band Melbourne, Wedding entertainment Melbourne, Planners, and more! This day really was the
ultimate for any person getting married. Not only was there so much to do and see. But the
opportunity to speak one-on-one with Melbourne’s best wedding industry vendors! This
means you could get on-the-spot pricing and quotes. As well as meet your favourite
suppliers in real life, before you book them for your wedding! When else can you interview
this many suppliers on one day?
All the vendors bumped in at the Showgrounds on Saturday the 16th of January. We started
off with just a black square of concrete, and each supplier made their individual stall come
to life! We brought in tables, banners, arbours, decorations. Everything you could think of to
represent our wedding industry brands with the care they deserve!
Prior to the day, 4900 people had registered for the Expo. On the day, approximately two
thirds of these people rocked up. It was a busy day to say the least! With people everywhere
talking to vendors and gathering information! There was a lot for people to do; from getting
photos with interactive Photobooths, watching wedding band Yarra Valley play live, and taste testing different
cakes! There was even free champaign going around at one point!
At the Ms Lexi & Celestial Band stall wedding band Melbourne, we met a lot of lovely couples! We look forward to
catching up with these clients over the course of this year.
Overall, it was an extremely busy day. We can wait to come back for another huge
Melbourne Wedding & Bride Expo this time next year!
